This site is published by SANTE SERVICE SARL, with capital of €400,000, registered with the RCS of Lille Métropole under number 421 771 544, with its head office at 679 avenue de la République - 59000 Lille - France, hereinafter referred to as the publisher.
The publication director and editorial manager are Mr. Thaddée Mulliez.
This site is hosted by OVH, a sas with capital of €10,069,020, registered with the RCS of Lille Métropole under number 424 761 419, whose head office is 2 rue Kellermann 59100 Roubaix.

In the general conditions of use, words or expressions in capital letters have the following meaning:

Access and navigation on the site www.hbiomed.com implies full acceptance of the general conditions of use described below.
When the user visits the site or sends an electronic message to the company SANTE SERVICE using the “contact” shortcut available on the site, he acknowledges having read the general conditions of use and accepts them without restriction.
SANTE SERVICE reserves the right to modify the general conditions of use at any time by publishing a new version of them on the site. These modifications will come into force as soon as they are put online on the site and will therefore be enforceable against any Internet user from that moment.

As data controller, SANTE SERVICE collects personal data for the purposes in particular of processing contact sheets under the conditions defined in article 4.
The user is informed that his registration on the site, as in particular referred to in the “contact” article, gives rise, for the company SANTE SERVICE, to the collection and automated processing of personal data concerning him, the use of which is subject to the regulations in force, in particular the RGDP and law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, modified by Law n°2019-828 of August 6 2019 For more information on the processing of personal data, the user is invited to consult the personal data protection policy posted online on the Hbiomed website. By submitting the contact form to the SANTE SERVICE company, the user accepts this entire policy which describes the rights of users and the way in which personal data is collected, processed and secured.
This personal data is intended exclusively for the company SANTE SERVICE and its distributors.
The user will be contacted exclusively by the company SANTE SERVICE or its distributors using the personal contact details provided, for the products and services of the company SANTE SERVICE. He may at any time object to the sending of these messages at the initiative of the company SANTE SERVICE or its distributors.
SANTE SERVICE only keeps data collected from the user for historical or statistical purposes for a maximum period of 3 years before they are destroyed.
SANTE SERVICE undertakes to take all necessary precautionary measures to protect this personal data, to preserve its integrity and in particular to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or communicated to unauthorized third parties.

The SANTE SERVICE Company strives to allow access to the site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of force majeure or an event beyond the control of the SANTE SERVICE Company, and subject to possible breakdowns and maintenance interventions necessary for the proper functioning of the site and services.
The SANTE SERVICE Company cannot be held liable in the event of impossibility of access to this site and/or use of the services.
Furthermore, the SANTE SERVICE Company may be required to interrupt the site or part of the services, at any time without notice, all without right to compensation.
